3. Client Responsibilities

Timely communication and collaboration are essential to achieve desired outcomes.
4.Fees and Payment Terms
Fees for our services will be outlined in the specific agreement with each client. Invoices are payable within 30 days of receipt. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by law.
5. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the engagement.
This obligation extends beyond the termination of the agreement.
6. Intellectual Property
Any materials or deliverables produced by WEINSCHTERSER SARL during the engagement remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
WEINSCHTERSER SARL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the specific service in question.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice.
Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will remain payable.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
10. Amendments
WEINSCHTERSER SARL reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
